Doral food hall Shoma Bazaar welcomed two restaurant vendors this month. Mr. Pork Belly, a LatinAmerican culinary concept by Peter Regalado and Stephanie De Quesada, opened on Jan. 9, and has amenu that offers maple cany bacon and chicharron. Food Joint Pizza, an Italian-inspired South Floridaeatery led by Emil Fedorenko, opened on Jan. 10. Shoma Bazaar is at 9420 NW 41st St.
